Plan a sign

Measuring

Measure the storefront

Two kinds of surface, measured in centimetres: the wall a sign can use and the glass of each window panel.

The façade

Measure the free wall where a sign can go: from edge to edge, and from the top of the door or the roller-shutter box to the eaves. Leave out the door and the shutter box if they are in the way.

The planner draws the façade to scale and shows how much of it the pieces cover. A piece larger than its façade is flagged in red.

The windows

Measure the glass of each window panel separately, inside the frame. Window graphics, perforated vinyl, frosted bands and lettering are sized against that panel.

If you are unsure, round down. Creaciones Macadeho checks the measurements before quoting.

Measure the façade and the window, choose the pieces and see the area, the letter size, a price range and the dates. The planner writes the request; you send it on WhatsApp or by email and Creaciones Macadeho replies with the quote.
