Pieces, rates and rules in the app
The piece types, materials, rates, public holidays, rules and pictures are part of the app. They are shown without any network connection and reveal nothing about you.

Your storefront plans stay on your phone. This policy covers the Macadeho Sign Planner app for Android; the note below covers this website.
This website
The website has no account, no cookies, no analytics and no external scripts or fonts. The planner keeps your plan in this browser (local storage) until you clear it. WhatsApp opens with the request in its link, so in a browser WhatsApp’s wa.me page receives that text; Email opens your own email app with the request written in. Creaciones Macadeho receives nothing until you press send there.

It covers the Macadeho Sign Planner app for Android and explains what happens to the information you enter in it.

What this notice covers
The notice covers the app on your phone: the pieces, rates and rules it shows, the projects you plan, and the ways the app hands a request to you to send.

The projects you plan
For each project you can save a name, the type of business, the town and the neighbourhood. The app does not ask for your address, NIT or ID number.

Measurements of your façade and windows
You can save the width and height of each façade and window panel and a name for each. The app uses them to draw them to scale, to work out areas and coverage, and to write them into the request you choose to send.

The pieces you choose
For each piece you can save its type, size, quantity, material, where it goes, the light, the mounting height, the reading distance, the letter height, the main text, whether the artwork is ready, whether it would cover an exit sign, and a note.

Installation date
You can choose an installation date. The app counts the stages back from it on working days on your phone.

The outdoor checklist
The outdoor advertising checklist stores which points you ticked. It is information for you and is not sent to any authority. The request you send says how many points you ticked.

Your name, phone and notes
To let Creaciones Macadeho reply, a request can include your name, a phone number and notes. You type them yourself and they are optional.

Where your data is stored
Everything you enter is stored in the app’s private storage on your phone, in a database other apps cannot read.
Android backup is turned off for the app, so this data is not copied to a cloud backup.

No account, no cloud copy
The app has no account, no sign-in and no server of its own. Nothing is synchronised and no copy exists outside your phone unless you send it.

What the app does not collect
The app does not collect location, contacts, photos, files, device identifiers, advertising identifiers or usage statistics, and it contains no analytics or advertising code.

No internet access
The app does not request the Android internet permission. It cannot send anything by itself.

Sending a request by WhatsApp
When you tap Send on WhatsApp, the app opens WhatsApp with the request written in a message to Creaciones Macadeho. Nothing is sent until you press send there.

Sending a request by email
When you tap Email, the app opens your own email app with the request written in and addressed to Creaciones Macadeho. Nothing is sent until you press send there.

Calling, copying and sharing
Call opens your phone app with Creaciones Macadeho’s number filled in; the call is made only if you start it. Copy puts the request on the clipboard, and Share opens the Android share sheet.
A request you send reaches Creaciones Macadeho through the channel you used. Creaciones Macadeho uses it to reply with a quote. Ask Creaciones Macadeho directly how long it keeps messages.

Your choices and rights under Colombian law
You can edit, duplicate or delete projects at any time, and uninstalling the app deletes all of its data from your phone. Deleting a project does not cancel anything you already sent.
Under Colombian data protection law (Ley 1581 de 2012 and Decreto 1377 de 2013) you can ask CREACIONES MACADEHO SAS to know, update, correct or delete the personal data you sent, and you can complain to the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC). Send such requests to creacionesmacadehosas@gmail.com.

Changes and contact
If the app changes how it handles data, this notice is updated in a new version of the app and on the website, with a new effective date.
